QUESTIONS WHICH SHOULD BE ASKED OURSELFS

ladies and gentleman
comrades, i want to ask you a question?
i want to ask why rapes occur??that too gang rapes.
according to me "touching a girl without her consent doesn't make u a man it makes u a coward"
does we need to be cowards
 we should ask ourselfs.
there are lot of people who blames our constitution and rules are they right???? Der maybe lot of reasons.but lets see what is difference between Indian judiciary and other systems of countries like Saudi Arabia.
the main difference is Indian judiciary says "1000 criminals may escape but never an innocent should be punished" were its not like that in other countries
but in our country is it turning to boon or curse we should think.a punishment
is given to a person that he will never repeat it nor others.so the punishments should be like that it so it should not be repeated.
there are lot of cases reported from recent times from jessica till amanat
and like Shari and soumya case in kerala.but only i can say to those rapists is that u should have thought that you have mother sister. will u sit silently if that if somebody raped your sister or mother.you should have thought about that
also there can be have suggestions in the laws from my part just suggestions
1.why should we can have separate court handled by ladies for rape cases?
 2. why should we can prevent escaping of criminals by banning their appeals to supreme court after they punished in local courts.
as indian judiciary system is heirarchial there is chances for criminals who are punished to escape but if they are innocents dey should not be punished.
criminals SHOULD BE PUNISHED.thAT crime should not be repated .NOT AS A FORMALITY."INDIA IS A DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY".DEMOCRATIC MEANS
ALL ARE TREATED EQUAL WHETHER `GIRL OR BOY" "POOR OR RICH"

This Martyr was none other then Late Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan.. As the biggest ever terror attack to have been taken place in India , Mumbai City..

The country and city needed a brave heart like Late Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan..

Late Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan
Was Honored with the ' Maharana Pratap Shaurya Puraskar '
at a function for his supreme sacrifice for our nation..

His valour was inexplicable while he was fighting against Ajmal Kasab's associate terroists at Taj hotel..

Late Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan had also called his father around 11.30pm asking him to watch the ''interesting episode outside the Taj being shown live on TV.''

A fact known to a few that:-

This is how his family has been affected by the entire issue
His family starting by his parents his mom and dad.. Still believe that their son is alive.. They keep sending text to his mobile every single day hoping and expecting for a reply..

It was another shocking day on the news channels and papers that a
56 yrs old K-Mohanan uncle of Late Martyr Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan attempts to burn himself to protest against the government. He protested outside gate number 4 of the Parliament house near Vijay Chowk and alleged apathy in treating the victims of the 26/11 terror attacks.. Indian patriots have never been aggressors and have never disturbed the peace of the world.India has been prone to foreign attacks for centuries. The first war of independence took a toll of largest number of patriots in the history of India's fight for freedom.During different periods there have been patriots who sacrificed all they had to save the motherland from the foreigners.Gandhi's non-violent movement too gave a large number of patriots from 1921 to 1940 who sacrificed their lives or were persecuted in some other way. While on 23rd March, 1931 when Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru were hanged in Lahore Jail it was a period of upsurge of patriotism that took a violent shape-was rather based on violence.1942 again saw a rise of violent patriots. Whether violent or non-violent expression the aim of the patriots against Britishers.it took a toll of more than a thousand patriots.Patriotism in India reached its climax when lakhs of people offered satyagraha in Goa to face the bullets of the Portuguese rulers. The form of a people's upsurge ended in 1947.Hundreds of patriots from different parts of the country laid their lives to have a complete picture of free Motherland. It was an age of intellectual patriots.while the country has still managed to maintain old traditions and culture. The survival of patriotism in India during British regime isn't just history. This period gave India largest number of martyrs and patriots. The spirits remain undaunted. It was this patriotism that sustained the nation and kept the culture intact..Since the country is considered the motherland it draws the respect of the people of the country..

Howling Wind

DareDevilDare reporting to you from planet of azmuth and city of Bloom03..
Climate check of Mumbai city 14¤ C at
4:55 a.m.

With a short article

Sound of the howling wind..

On this really very cold winter night..
A very strange silence and darkness has engulfed the hustle and bustle life of the city of Mumbai.. An unspoken mystery of silence.. The silence has absorbed the sound of the city in itself with only the sound of the wind that's howled by the trees along with the dogs howling.. Whereas it is a very strange enough climate for the people of Mumbai..
First time making one feel lonely..
With a not so pleasant climate making it feel uneasy to sleep..
Cause I Love Mumbai and hope this unearthly silence leaves us with a warm and bright day back with its hustle..

Hope you enjoyed reading my article for more article keep checking my profile haha lol..

The Lost Smile

Smiles..
Once I had something called smiles..
But now I dont have it till miles..
Life Played many chimes..
All in different rhymes..
with only a few dimes..
Never the less only difficult times..
I came up in different climbs..
Seeing truth win over 100's of lies..
But still all these were just different tries..
As I had already lost my smiles...

Shiv Jayanti celebrated today with enthusiasm

Shivaji was the greatest Hindu king that India had produced within the last thousand years; one who was the very incarnation of Shiva, about whom prophecies were given out long before he was born; his advent was eagerly expected by all the great souls & saints of Maharashtra .

Shivaji the Great Maratha King is the icon of freedom fighters in Indian Independence struggle, He is remembered as a just and wise king & his rule is called one of the six golden ages in Indian history. Shivaji Maharaj's rule was heroic, exemplary & inspiring. He is considered the founder of the modern Maratha nation; his policies were instrumental in forging a distinct Maharashtrian identity & infusing it with strong martial & moral traditions.

He united the Maratha chiefs from Maval, Konkan & Desh regions for a higher purpose - the promotion of Maharashtra Dharma - carved out a small kingdom by defeating the alien powers. He stabilised the state with effective civil & military administration & adopted a policy of religious tolerance to accommodate all religions and sects in his state.

Today as we travel across Maharashtra from east to west or traipse from north to south it is possible to find the Shivaji Jayanti festival going on in every corner of the State. The meaning of the festival varies from community to community, from street to street, even from person to person. Celebrations to mark Shivaji Jayanti are observed on a majestic scale in various parts of Mumbai city as well, amidst much pomp & enthusiasm!

Garlanded Statue of the Maratha King at Juhu beach,Dadar & across the metropolitan have been illuminated with lights & floral decorations surronded by MNS & SHIV SENA party flags .Throngs of tourists & local spectators in hordes clicking pictures of the occasion!

Shivaji’s contribution to history is the of creation of Maratha Empire. As the whole nation celebrates his birthday, in Maharashtra, the celebrations reach their pinnacle. Processions are being taken out, stories from Shivaji’s life are told, skits are performed & songs of his bravery are sung............All I can say as with pride is"HAIL SHIVAJI MAHARAJ!"
